While Watching a animation on hot spots i saw that the mantle was spreading out then it reaches the lithosphere .Since there is not alot of pressure on the hot rock melting occurs . When the magma rises up through the lithosphere it creates a volcano . When i saw the seismic Monitor is shows the longitude , the latitude and the ages of the earthquakes between Today , Yesterday , Past 2 weeks , and past 5 years . The P- wave goes through the earthquake but almost seem as if it struggle to go by it . The S-wave looks like waves in the water .It flows by the earthquake and does not have a hard time getting through .
I saw alot of things occuring in the animations. For example I saw how hot spots occur and how the lava pool keeps on moving creating a chain of islands. You also see alot on how destructive an Earth Quake is. It is so destructive to a point that it rips the ground apart. The ground was in two areas, one lower and one higher. I also saw how volcanoes are dangerous and affects many homes. It was a crack in a ground that kept on spewing lava untill the houses were burnt to a crisp.
